Regularly we receive tender requests for Gas fired lances to preheat smelter pots at start up. This can include specialised crating for the shipping around the world.
The lances also can be used to keep the smelter hot at any time.
The lances are a combination of mild steel, stainless 304, stainless 316 and 253MA.
Due to our strict adherence to the quality controls required by the client we have manufactured many sets of lances with them all being fully Non Destructive Tested and at the completion of the project a full MDR provided for the customer.
These units have been manufactured and shipped throughout the world from India to China to Europe, where ever they are required.
On occasions we have sent operators to the site to complete the welding to the highest standard as required.
